At Schöffel Country, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return any unworn products in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Complete the Return Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund for each item.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack your items back into their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back to us in a resalable condition.
Attach the Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid or standard return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any old delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
